Sandra was referred to me by her daughter, who I had worked with over 10 years ago. Sandra wasn't exactly sure what she was looking for, and we viewed a lot of properties together up and down the coast. After a couple of false starts we found the perfect project property and Sandra is now busy renovating and prepping the property for her personal residence as well as two vacation rental homes.  

Sylvia contacted me because she was looking for her first home in the Coco area for her and her daughter. We saw one or two and then I received the information about a house in the country that seemed like perfect fit. As soon as Silvia saw the house, large lot and pool she knew it was the one. We were able to get an offer in quickly and close the deal so that she could own her first home right away. 

Theresa and Darren arrived in Coco open to options for a personal residence. They planned to sell their home in Ontario and relocate to Coco full time with their 16 year old daughter. We looked at 4 or 5 properties and they chose a fixer-upper less than 5 minutes walk to the beach! A year and a half later they have completely renovated the home and yard and created a first floor rental unit that is booked continuously. As a bonus Theresa, Darren and I were selected for an episode of HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL and the episode aired in Sept. 2023. 

Serge and Claudia were looking for an investment property that they could use for vacation rentals, and then in a few years they were thinking about retiring here. We looked at several luxury condos in the Coco and Ocotal areas. A hot deal came across my desk and I immediately called them in Canada with the opportunity. We moved quickly to get an offer in and Serge and Claudia were able to close on the condo just in time for Christmas 2023! It's now generating great rental income for them here in paradise. 

David had sold his home in the San Jose valley area and was looking for something close to the beach. We looked at several luxury condos and found an ocean view unit in Pacifico at a great price. David made some incredible improvements to the condo over the course of a few months and then about a year after purchase we put it back on the market. One of my Tres Amigos colleagues brought a buyer and we were able to bring together a happy buyer and seller. 

Tony and Gina's story is similar to a house hunt just like on HGTV! They had been to Costa Rica before and were seriously looking to purchase a condo by the beach...or a house in the country they had seen on my listings. Tony liked the beach - Gina liked the country. After visiting two condos we went to the house and Gina was in love with that one! Tony slowly warmed to the idea and when we talked about putting in a pool he got even happier about it. They now have a gorgeous timber frame country home complete with pool just one hour from the Liberia Airport and are both are loving it!
